Gwen Stefani just became a hero for bullying victims everywhere. Her random act of kindness is all over the internet, and for good reason. The singer has been on tour promoting her ‘This Is What The Truth Feels Like’ album, but something grabbed her attention during a concert in Florida last Monday.
She found out that one of her fans had been a victim of bullying for quite some time now, so she invited the little boy on stage for an emotional greet that left both him, and the crowd, in tears.
Stefani was performing at West Palm Beach when she noticed a mother holding up a sign that read, “My son was bullied from first to fifth grade. He’d come home every day upset, but he’d go to his room, listen to your music, and smile.”
She just couldn’t let it go; the sign just struck a chord in her. She read it out loud, found the boy among the crowd of thousands and marshaled him on stage. “Get up here, right now,” she shouted.
