One of the biggest mistakes people make is assuming that repressing the feelings and not talking about the elephant in the room is the way to go. It’s actually quite the opposite. Mothers that go through a miscarriage can heal faster when they talk about it with other people.
Joan Bremer talked to Today about experiencing a miscarriage and how she chose to remember her lost child. She decided to commemorate the loss of her child with a tattoo, and after a brief search online, she found the perfect artwork. She had the tattoo done merely days after she miscarried.
